Rare 18th century Dutch flagon with inscription. 8903

Rare 18th century Dutch flagon with inscription. Glazed terracotta drinking flagon with inscription either side of coat of arms at the centre. Inscription reads “LYFDEN GEIT EPENNINGK ICKBEN / EN ALE DENCK SOE LYF ELI SOE NIEN SPRICKT DIE”. 18.8 cms high. The neck restored but the body intact. I have no idea what the inscription means: I gave up when I tried Google translate and it said the first two words were Dutch for “hitch-hiking goat”.
